How do I use Prosa?
Download Prosa from the App Store (once available), open it, and browse the library. Tap any book title to start streaming immediately. Your progress is saved automatically as you listen and syncs across your iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.
Is Prosa really free?
Yes — Prosa is completely free with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. All 24 audiobooks are available at no cost. The app may include occasional unobtrusive sponsorship to support ongoing development.
The Apple Watch app doesn't show any chapters
Make sure your iPhone and Apple Watch are connected to the same WiFi network. Open Prosa on your iPhone, tap a book, then look for the Watch sync button — it transfers chapters over WiFi automatically.
The sleep timer doesn't work
Check that Background Audio is enabled in Settings → Accessibility → Live Listen on your iPhone. Prosa needs background audio permission to keep playing after the screen locks and for the timer to function correctly.
How do I change playback speed?
Tap the Now Playing bar at the bottom of the app, then use the speed control (1x, 1.25x, 1.5x) to adjust. Speed preferences are remembered across sessions and synced to your Watch.
